Amanda Sladdin is celebrating after winning a £1000 makeover courtesy of The Light. 35 year old, Amanda, a property developer from Chapel Allerton was given a real treat this week when she was announced as the winner of our ‘Shine like a Star’ competition. Amanda was selected after correctly locating three special silver stars hidden throughout the centre and wasted no time in spending some of her cash whilst enjoying a day of pampering at The Light.

Fashion stylist, Rebecca Lynch was on hand to advise on a funky new outfit and Laura Mortin, salon manager at Headlines UK gave Amanda a new look hairstyle. Rebecca, who helped Amanda to try out some new styles to add to her wardrobe, had some great tips on what would work best for Amanda’s shape and plenty of advice on what new trends to look out for this season.
