Maxi’s Express has started the New Year with a makeover not only in its restaurant but with its menus too. The restaurant, situated on The Balcony level has introduced new à la carte and sushi menus as well as increasing its buffet seating capacity to 140. The first floor of the restaurant has been refurbished to accommodate à la carte diners creating a bright and friendly atmosphere. Colourful upholstered chairs and large tables complete with rotating table tops, great for sharing, make Maxi’s perfect for larger parties and celebrations.
The new à la carte menu features a mouth-watering choice of dishes along with more traditional Cantonese chef’s specials including, pig tongue with sesame and chilli and schezwan spicy belly pork. These great new additions mean that diners can now choose from the à la carte, buffet or delicious set menus, making Maxi’s a great place to dine whatever the occasion.
